Hi, I'm Dr. Kelly Kasteel, MD,

                But most people call me "KK."

I live a fast-paced, multifaceted life. By night, I work on the front lines of Emergency Medicine at Royal Columbian Hospital, where quick thinking and decisive care save lives. I also serve as a Clinical Instructor with the UBC Faculty of Medicine, helping shape the next generation of physicians, and as a Critical Care Transport Advisor for BC Ambulance, ensuring the timely and safe transfer of our sickest patients.

But amidst the intensity of the ER and the academic world, one role brings me pure joy: practicing Aesthetic Medicine right here in the vibrant heart of Vancouver’s Lower Mainland. I've been an aesthetic injector for 15 years and fall more and more in love with it as time goes on.

This isn’t just a profession for me — it’s a passion. Aesthetic medicine allows me to blend science, art, and human connection in a way that feels deeply fulfilling. I’ve worked hard to carve out time in my busy life for this work because it brings me genuine happiness.

Beyond the scrubs and syringes, I’m also a mom, wife, and entrepreneur. I care deeply about each person I treat, and I approach every aesthetic journey as I would with a dear friend — with honesty, empathy, and a heartfelt commitment to helping you feel like your best self.
